combine all ingredients for the dough, divide dough in two halfs and sprinkle one half onto a greased baking form, then press the dough a bit

prepare curd cheese mixture, seperate the eggs for it, beat egg white and stir in cautiously at the end

spread curd cheese mixture onto the dough

sprinkle the second half of the cocoa dough over the curd cheese

bake at medium heat approx. 60 - 70 minutes
Flammenkuchen
(3 to 4 servings)
½ tsp. salt, 2 Tsp. olive oil, 1 cup sour cream, salt, 125 g bacon,
3 onions (ca. 250 g), pepper, mushrooms and cheese as required

combine flour with salt, dissolve yeast in water, add olive oil and mix everything, let it rest ¾ Std.

Sweet Curry Chicken
(4 servings)
1 Tsp. cornstarch, 1 ¾ tsp. curry powder, 2 tsp. Honey, 3 Tsp. flour,
½ tsp. dried crushed red pepper, 750 g unbreaded chicken breast nuggets,
1 Tsp. oil, 1 medium-size green pepper, 1 yellow pepper, ½ tsp. salt

drain pineapple tidbits, reserving juice, set aside

combine reserved juice with cornstarch, curry powder and honey in a small sauce pan; bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly; reduce heat, simmer until thickened and bubbly, set aside

place flour and crushed pepper in a plastic bag, add chicken until it´s lightly coated, shake off excess flour mixture

fry chicken until it´s lightly browned, remove chicken from skillet

cut pepper into strips, add and cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring constantly; add chicken, pineapple tidbits, pineapple juice mixture and salt; cook over medium heat until thoroughly heated

add some water for gaining enough sauce; serve with rice

for the spread combine either tuna or salami & pressed garlic or cooked ham & nutmeg or mushrooms, asparagus & pineapple bits with sour cream or crème fraîche, salt and pepper

bake at 180°C for about 15 - 20 minutes
Ribbon Noodles with Cream Cheese - Garlic Sauce
(4 servings)
1 Tsp. flour, 200 ml vegetable broth, 250g cream cheese, pepper, 1 bundle fresh basil

slice vegetables

cook noodles, add vegetables 5 minutes before noodles are done

finely chop onions and garlic, sauté in the oil, sprinkle flour above, pour broth above, stir and bring it to a boil

stir in cream cheese until it is a smooth sauce, salt and pepper it, put in chopped basil
East-Frisian Cake
2 stroken tsp. baking powder, 2 Tsp. milk
beaten egg white: 250 g sugar, 4 egg white, 1 package sliced almonds
filling: 1/8 l water, 2 Tsp. lemon juice, 5 stroken tsp. food starch, 1 cup whipped cream, some sugar

prepare batter and divide it into two parts, place each half into a greased baking form

beat egg white with sugar, divide it likewise and place each onto the batter
![]()
sprinkle almonds on top, bake each at 180°C for approx. 30 minutes and let it cool off

for the filling bring water with lemon juice to a boil and thicken with food starch, let it cool off

beat whipped cream with some sugar and combine with the cooled off mixture
![]()
place filling on one of the cake layers, cut the other one into pieces and place these on top
Mexican Pastry Bags
(4 servings)
100 g Gouda cheese

defrost pastry; drain corn; cut leek in rings

chop garlic finely and sauté in oil together with the white leek rings
![]()
combine sautéd garlic and leek rings with the ground meat and one egg; season with salt and pepper; add the rest of the leek rings, corn and chopped parsley; mix well

spread some egg white on the edges of the pastry; place a bit of the meat mixture onto the middle of the pastry and place 1 tsp. of chili sauce on it

fold up 2 corners each over the mixture and press together slightly; whisk egg yolk and milk and spread the mixture over the pastry; spread the grated cheese on top of it

bake in the pre-heated oven at 200-225°C for about 20 minutes
